Hi sarahdawkins,   Welcome to the community forum.   If you will have an address in Spain and one in the UK you can have an account in both places. You would just need a different email address to use for your Spanish account.   In relation to your cards, it is fine just to use a debit card for your Spanish account as long as it has a Visa, MasterCard or American Express logo.   I hope this helps. Several issues with this. There is no option called "Profile", nor an icon. There is no option called "My Money" either. And the only link that I can get to Pre-approved payments shows them, and when I click any, it just returns an error. Every single time. ... View more

Once again, I thank you for your time 🙂   I cannot open a case in Paypal - every time I try having completed the pages and "message to Seller" I get the message "Something went wrong, please try again".  This has happened around 25 times now over yesterday and today.  I am currently on hold to Paypal, having phoned numerous times, been through all the options, and never achieved a "real" person!  Seemingly I have to now wait between 16 and 25 minutes!  I've tried putting both mny house and mobile numbers in for a call back but guess what? "your number does not match our records!"   Honestly, it makes you wonder how Ebay and Paypal stay in business - perhaps it is because they are so very unreachable that folk like me just give up - and take the hit!  That must also be why Ebay continue to allow this particular Seller to keep on selling fake goods - it keeps them in business, and buyers such as myself are unable to resolve their problem!  Yep, I've spent the weekend **ssed off! ... Hi there kakppl,   Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum hope your keeping well 🙂   From your screen shots I can see you've set the primary balance on your PayPal account to USD. This is a balance primarily for receiving funds in that currency and not the send of the funds from your registered card.   Where you add a local card that is denominated in a different currency you would need to specifically request the card denominated currency e updated which can be done no problem at all.   For the quickest resolution of this please contact us by telephone and ask for the currency of the card registered be updated to USD to match the currency of the card and ensuring you are not charged additional conversions.   Freephone 0800-358 7911 ( or use 00353-14369111 from outside the UK)   Let me know if you have any trouble here-in 🙂   DanielJR ... Hi dstyler,   When a limitation in placed on an account limiting services you will find steps awaiting your attention in the resolution center on your PayPal account.   To find the resolution center you can click on "help and contact" down the bottom of the webpage when your logged into your account.   By clicking on the link, when the next page loads, across the top in the large blue banner you will find "resolution center"   Here you will be given the steps requiring your attention and resolution to resolve your account limitations.   -DanielJR ...
