Need some advice, recently I have been unable to use my paypal account because I apparently owe money, however I can't find what it is that I apparantly owe this money for and don't want to pay it because I don't know what its for. Tried phoning the help line but the automated voice doesn't know what I am needing help for. Any advice on how to find out what I owe this money for?
