I just did it in less that 5 minutes. You seem to be missing two things:- 1) Your PayPal Customer ID. 15 characters long 2) You have to use an Account that is already known to PayPal. "The money must come from a bank account that's already added to your PayPal account. This bank account must be in the same name as your PayPal account, which we have as ((this will be your name as in name in PayPal account))." Good Luck
