Good morning all. I had a buyer that requested a return because the item didn't fit, fair enough. After a delay of going on holiday,2 weeks,the buyer decided to donate item to a charity because the return costs were not worth it. In my mind the item is still sold because the buyer donated it? Funds have been languishing in my account since May 23rd! Numerous messages to PayPal haven't resulted in anything. What should I do next? Thank you for your time. Les Welch.
