I have been signed up with PayPal for three months and two of these have been a major joke. They won't allow me to buy anything without security question, however its asking me to add a phone number. Then says its incorrect! Its on the account they call back on it and the manager said its on my account but its still incorrect and can't buy anything or issue refunds! Then they decided to put a constant 72 hour hold on fund transfer to my bank. First time I understand then funds went through in seconds , now I have a hold all the time. Was told its random ,,everytime ? Then was told add more credit cards! Why? Told to verify my card but it will cost me. What the hell !!! I call five to eight times a week. This is ridiculous and totally stupid. I write to customer service and receive replies that have nothing to do with complaints. ..I am done with the run a round idiotic stupidity of this monopoly of my funds
