The item was only $30, but I hate to think the seller successfully cheated me. Way back in July I ordered an electronic module from a China seller. Later upon close inspection it turned out to be different from the photo on the sales page, not the item I wanted. After numerous messages over the course of weeks, the rather unpleasant seller agreed to refund me if I returned the module. On November 5 according to tracking the item was delivered. No response from the seller. On eBay the item has no option to get a refund, maybe the sale was so long ago. PayPal did refund me $30 for return shipping, which is their limit, so I took a loss on that. But on PayPal there is no option to claim a refund from the seller. Are there any more refund options for me? Am I missing some process?
