I tried to change my primary phone number (as I won't be using the old one anymore) because I moved to another country but when I try to add my new number it always give me "invalid", even it's valid and I use it. Why is that? and what should I do? Thanks,

Same thing happen to me, it shows to me invalid number even it's totally valid and I use it.

I was trying to donate to a PayPal account but this message appeared to me, does anyone know what that's mean? Even I have enough money in my PayPal balance and it's verified and I have it since a long time ago, and I use it frequently. BUT I never tried to donate, this is my first time. Hello, So I have a personal PayPal account and usually when I want to transfer funds it take ($5) as fees for that *as it showed in the picture*. I'm thinking about upgrading my account to a Business PayPal account for multiple reasons, so I'm wondering does it take the same amount of fee or not? I hope to find the answer, Thank you.
