Help! The transaction hasn't shown up in my bank

I received 200 usd in payment for my ebay purchases. It appeared on paypal but then I transfered it into Walmart MoneyCard. Even though it shows that the transaction is completed on PayPal, it hasn't shown up in my card. I sent it to the checking account is that helps.

Assuming you have a US PayPal Account, you can only withdraw funds from your PayPal Account Balance to your "bank account" or request a paper check.  The one exception would be if you have a PayPal Debit card, then you can withdraw funds from your PayPal Account Balance via ATMs.

To reload Walmart cards, you can setup Direct Deposit, use Walmart Check Cashing at a Walmart Store or do Rapid Reload at a Walmart Store.

She simply bought a Walmart gift card with PayPal. Paypal/Walmart did the same thing to me. They take the money out of your Paypal account and do NOTHING. The money will never show up up on a Walmart gift card. Just cancel the transaction. Walmart claims "security" issues, but it's just another leagl way for large corporations to steal from people.

Great, I just tried sending money to my Walmart card (through the bank deposit option) and the money hasn't shown up either. How do I reverse the transaction and get the money back to PP? You'd think either Walmart or PP would clearly state that they won't recognize legitimate transfers between the two.
