I purchased web hosting about 2 weeks ago, and purchased reseller account about week ago, my hosting has been down since i bought it, it was up on next day for few minutes and its just down, all my domains that i atached to their name servers are all down. my reseller account is unausable due to main domain which is down. Nothing works, i opened ticket, they just told me to be patient. Than messaged me about redirecting my ticket to other department, which no one ever answered me on anything, i cannot use anything that i bought. Well FTP works, but useless due to their DNS servers down or not working or what ever is wrong with them. Uploaded wordpress to install, still cannot access anything. What should i do next? will paypal refund the money they took from me?
