Can i create business account without having a company?

Hello everyone!

I already have a personal account, now i'm planing to start an online business so i think i must have an business account, can i create one without business?

If it's possible, how do i withdraw money from my paypal account balance? I tested with sandbox.paypal.com, it was look like paypal only accepted bank account with business name but i have not a company. Please help me!

I'm a paypal user from outside of US.

Your English is fine! 

You can create one as sole proprietor and use your name as the Business name and account owner name with your name. IF not, you can also accept payments with your personal account too for casual selling.  What country will you be opening your business PayPal account?

I live in Vietnam. My online business is kind of an online service integrated with paypal, my personal account only has selling preferences tool, if use a personal account to create pay button, i don't know user can pay with their credit card or not (i only know business account can, i can't test with personal account beacause i can't find my country in Create Test Account Page ), and i also want to hide my personal information from buyer, so i think business account is my best choice, but about withdrawal issue, i don't really know what should i do now.

PAYPAL said you could withdraw to your local bank account,but if you search this forum,some of your fellow countrymen and women have problems.

Once paid wiretransfer fee to Paypal to send fund to her account and the bank said they never receive it.

and you know Paypal will just say we sent it,which they did,just that her bank did not g et it.

you may want to ask someone in your country,we are not well versed with Vietnames banking.

what are you selling,if service,there is no seller protection as there is no delivery proof?
