Report that includes Item Details?

Hello:

Is there a report that includes item details?

In the previous PPal interface there was an option to "Include Shopping Cart details" in the history download section, but that is no longer present.

Thanks.

The old download history page is still available. But the interfaces are different for different account types and getting to the link/page is difficult than earlier.

These are the ways I have figured out so far.
Merchant Account - Transaction -> Activity -> Download Link on the right hand side.
Consumer Account - Activity -> Click on Statements DropDown on right hand side -> Activity Export.

Irrespective of the account type, direct link https://history.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_history-download works fine and I have bookmarked and using the same.

Thanks.

Both of your solutions lead to the same screen, which includes the option to export the shopping cart details.

I'm amazed that PPal does not provide better tools...

The above solution will not work for much longer, it is now the "classic" version which will soon be removed.

The new download tabs either do not work or when it does there is a lot of information missing despite ticking all the boxer required.

This part of paypal is hopeless, I waste so much time with it

Recently I was discussing online banking with a founder of a large business.  When we discussed accepting credit cards we discovered that both of us didn't like PayPal reports as they are difficult to integrate into our accounting.  Very suprising that PPal is so successful when they haven't addressed this.  I've found their tech support to be much less attentive than their competitors.

Phone help try very hard but they are just not trained in the reports area.

Technical Help can only be accessed via email and they are hopeless at following up and seem to have trouble understanding the reports problems.

Paypal, if you are reading this - PLEASE bring back the details about the items purchased. I have loved Paypal up until very recently when I found out I cannot research something that I bought six months ago. Paypal should have the ability to provide that information as a basic level of service.

searching for some item you bought 6 months ago is a basic level of service?

How about champagne breakfast in bed?

Is that basic service of a payment processor?

Get yourself an accountant or a 19 cents spiral book and start keeping track of your buy/sell records.
