i recently made a paypal account and verified the account through email and received my paypal code for the credit card charge to verify the card but every time i put it in paypal tells me that the action could not be complete and to try later or go back to the home page and try again. about 20 attempts later and 3 days of trying it still gives the same message not allowing me to verify my credit card.
You need to contact customer support as they can resolve your issue. Unfortunately issues such as this can't be fixed thru the forum. As the forum is a member to member help group, no here has access to user account info or details.
