Same problem here. It is clearly PayPal's fault, their website doesn't function properly. It asks me to add a bank account and verify my phone over and over and over again. Never adds my account so I can pay my bill. I've tried this with 3 different checking/savings accounts multiple times.
I've sent numerous messages to PayPal over 24 hours ago and haven't received a response and doubt I ever will.
I have also been having this issue for a week now. I've even tried speaking with customer service. I was told to try again in 24 hours, which I did, to no avail. I wish they would solve this. Payza will link, and I'm about to switch to that as my preferred payment method as I am a webcam girl and paypal does not make it easy for me to get paid.
I've been having this problem since I opened my PayPal acc. I ONLY have Netspend and REFUSE to open a physical bank acc. I waited three weeks for a $200 check that I needed immediately and had to pay 27$ just to cash it. I just got $40 today. I NEED THIS MONEY. I have no way of doing anything to touch it. It's only $40, i shouldn't have to wait three weeks for a freaking $38.50 check that will likely cost $8 just to cash. Y'all need to solve this problem ASAP. This is peoples' LIVELIHOODS you guys are playing with.
