Exempted from tax

According to § 19, german Umsatzsteuergesetz we are exempted from tax.

For this reason our grand total does not contain taxes.

But we have to print this information explicitly in written phrase into the bill.

How can this be amended into the PayPal bill (Express Checkout) sent to customer after the transaction?
