Hello I am new to paypal I have no idea how it works or what it is for. I have heard some of my friends use it but I have NO clue what to do or how it works and I would love to know what is the process of payment or anything any and all information is welcome I am a really NEWBIE so please help with how I go about starting paypal and all the policies. Hi mrsrivera926. The best thing to do is go to the ppal website and read up on how ppal works it would take too log to explain everything. You will find most answers to the topics you need. If unsure come back to the community forum for help
