I've looked through the board but not really seen a answer to my questions.
So, I was approved for a line of credit and I keep getting e-mails explaining about how to pay my bill online. It says to log into paypal.com and choose make a payment, except that option doesn't exist as far as I can tell. I've looked on mobile site, full site, and my app. I've searched for "paypal credit" in the search bar, even. So.. Slightly frustrated.
Second issue is that I went to buy something at Macy's and when I got to check out, and signed it, payment was declined TWICE, even though the credit limit is much higher than what I had in my shopping cart.
Is this some kind of scam? Am I **bleep**?? Should I cancel all my credit cards and monitor my credit report? I'm so confused. 😕

PayPal Credit is not a scam; it is a great product when used wisely.
There should an option to see your PayPal Credit just below the $$ on the PayPal summary page.
Not all merchants accept PayPal Credit. PayPal Credit is not a credit card.
To use it for an online purchase, the option will be available at checkout if accepted by merchant.
What were the other options when you did the checkout at Macy's? More details would be needed to help with specifics.
