Where are my 'contacts'?

When sending money, PayPal offers to save recipient to my 'contacts', but I find no such list anywhere in the menus or settings.

I would like to fine tune these contacts with actual names and other info, but have no way of accessing the list (which also gives me pause as PayPal has a list of my recipients, but I do not! )

How do I find this 'contact' list and editi it accordingly?

Thanks

DN

Depending on which interface you get when you login to your Account, the steps vary but, what you want to find is your Address Book.  Login to your Account, locate the Request Money section or Invoice section.  You should see a link titled More Invoicing Tools, you can click on that, on the next page in the box on the left, you should see Address Book.  Click on Address Book.  From there it's straight forward.

Not sure what you mean by 'what interface'. I have tried from the 'Request Money' section, which is what stemmed this question as there was nothing there. I will try the Invoicing tools, although the issue is for recipients not payers, but if there is an addrsss book there it should not matter...

OK I found it under Merchant Services/Invoices/ More Invoicing Tools/Address Book... sure a long way to get to it.

From here I can edit the contact.

PS: I guess the 'interface' you refer to is the 'Merchant' user?

BTW, not sure where to add 'kudos' as it is not an option in the reply screen. Smiley Frustrated

The user interface I'm referring to is what you see after you log into your account.  PayPal is in the process of changing the look and feel of everything you see after you login in.  There's the Classic view which has been around since the beginning and there's the new view which is being tested.  Trust me, if you get the new view, you will know what I'm taking about.
