Hi ragazzabella,

Yes, you can send money with PayPal and use your Bill Me Later credit line.

It’s easy—log in to PayPal.com and select the Send Money tab. Enter the recipient’s email address or phone number, amount, and transaction type. Click Change to select Bill Me Later as your payment method, then confirm your payment details. Your transaction will appear on your monthly Bill Me Later statement. When you use Bill Me Later to send money with PayPal, a flat fee of 2.9% + $0.30 (USD) per transaction is included in your payment total. This is the same fee you pay when you use a debit or credit card to send money through PayPal.

Please note that this feature is not currently available on mobile devices.

Instructions given to send funds using Bill Me Later do not work.   I tried to follow the original instructions but was never given the option to change as the instructions indicated.   I then made Bill Me Later my first funding choice but every time I try to send money it still says I must add funds to my Pay Pal account.

How do I make this work?

Can I send an invoice for a purchase to my customer and can he pay using the Bill Me Later Program after he signs up??
