They continue to blame me, as the customer. Have tried on 4 browsers on WIndows 10, 2 browsers on Android, disabled virus scan and firewall, etc, same response.
Messages from different buttons include: Token not passed (with a weblink indicating value=null), a blank screen with green https link, an http 404 error.
If you back button out, it shows PayPal as chosen payment and allows you to submit order (which of course fails because you never made it to the PayPal website).
NO ONE there is listening to me. Can someone here help? Clearly their site code is horked up, but I keep hearing "other people are able to make purchases". Makes no sense to me - 3 devices, 3 diff networks, 6 browsers, exact same results. It ain't me.

Really not much we can do. We are users just like you. Merchant has to check their PayPal integration. I would just not buy from them for now. Or try again later. Did you clear browser cache and cookies?
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Yep, all the standard stuff. Understand users, but figuring this has likely been seen elsewhere. Seems clear to me but can't hurt to get other opinions.

I have gotten that error for months. Contacted Eddie Bauer support. They didn't respond.

I am surprised to find this string cause I have beentrying to get the paypal button to work but it does not.
I also called into support twice, once yesterday and once today. I also talked directly to a supervisor whome took my info but according to EB, I am the first person ever to call about this problem... obviously this is not true.
I amwondering if they purposely do this to force folks into paying with their EB cc instead of paypal, since with the EB cc they canmake some of their money back in interest.
I am very disappointed in EB for this.
This week is 40% off and i cannot even take advantage of this sale becasue PayPal not working. I would assume that PayPal should have the right to look into this with the vendor so that PayPal customers dont get discouraged aboutthings like this.
I knowfor afact that EB balmes Paypal as the ones having the problem. so Paypal needs to step up and help EB fix their problem so Paypal can get their business.

I am having the exact same problem right now. EB cust service told me to try through Google Chrome. I did and that didn't work. I still received the token error and EB customer service told me to try going to Paypal then go from paypal to EB but I cannot figure out how to do that!
