How to charge my client for the fee of the transaction

i would like to do request money for transaction payment for my client and i would like to charge my client for the fee of the transaction, but i cant find anywhere where is this option that i can click so as to enable it. 

Can someone help me with that?

The fee needs to be included in the price when you sell the product/service.  You can bill the buyer separately for your PayPal  fees.

Paypal fees is paid by seller as part of cost of doing business.

NO different when you go to a store and buy with your credit card,the store picks up the fee .
