How to confirm pending payments?

Ive recently purchased something online a key for a game, everything on my side seems to be in order paypal history has the payment. But I was never given the key this is cause the payment is somehow pending according to the support team of there company they have told me to try to confirm this which wouldnt be a problem, but calling paypal gives me some automated thing which gives me 0 options of things I need.

File a dispute or report a problem on the payment.  Bet they or whoever you sent payment to will see something then.

Is the payment Pending on your end? Or does it say completed?

 

Try calling PayPal again, but press zero when you are on the line.

It says Completed in the transaction history, this is the message they sent me

Hey there,

I looked up the payment on Paypal. I can only see the message "Payment verification" (well, actually the German equivalent of that. But I assume it is verification.).

I see no info on "what", "why", or "when". I can only suggest dropping Paypal a mail or call to ask what the hold up is, as we don't see any information on it.

Sorry I can't be of more direct help here - but, I'd appreciate it if you let us know if you learn anything interesting from Paypal.

Also while on the paypal line pressing 0 still is making me talk to the automated thing, I ask for pending balances and it names the item im question but doesnt give me any options to verify it to make it go through

They don't give you an option to speak with an agent if none of the options apply to you?  Try saying "Agent" or press zero after you hear all the options.
