How would I be paid through my PayPal account?

 I have a PayPal account. I picked up a new contract gig. My employer wants to pay me via this account. To set this up, do I simply provide the employer with my email address? Or is there some other process? Thanks.

Be careful with being paid through PayPal as the person paying you could always dispute the payment and recover the funds at a later date.  If an "employer" is wanting to pay you via PayPal you need to take into account why they aren't having an accountant pay you for tracking payroll for tax purposes.  For providing services, intangible goods or any job requiring the "employee" to spend any of their own money to complete the job with the promise of reimbursement PayPal is often the choice of scammers as there is no protection for the person receiving the funds against payments being reversed after the fact.

In answer to your question though, an email address is all that is required to be paid though.
