On 12/30/17 I placed an order online from JCPenney and I chose to pay for the order thru my PayPal account. The payment of $51.31 was submitted twice. What can I do to correct this mistake? Thank you.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
