Can't View or Redeem Reward Points Extras Mastercard

I have an eBay extras MC, but it's still through Paypal, which shows the card summary on PP site, then directs you to Synchrony Bank's website. Each time I try to contact them about the issue, I'm referred to Paypal who refers me right back to Synchrony Bank.

The formatting of their website is all messed up when I access my credit card account online. Letters on top of each other, and it has always said "Current points balance Rewards information is not available at this time. Please try again later" And when you go to the "Offers" link, it's a blank page with "for.cardname.cardType.50 x" with letters on top of each other. I've now got over 6,000 points according to my last statement, and have NO WAY of redeeming them. Is there a way around this so I can actually access my offers, use my points before they expire? The website has been messed up from day 1, should've never used this card, but the rewards were attractive as well has having a card that has the eBay logo.

Someone please fix the Synchrony Bank Paypal credit card site!!! Has anyone else had these issues, or does it work for everyone else?

I have the same issue with over 14,000 rewards points.  I have been constantly calling paypal since July of 2017.  I still can get no help.  It's extremely frustrating.

 

I get this message when directed to the synchrony bank site.

 

A username and password are being requested by https://paypal.syf.com. The site says: “Oracle iPlanet Web Server”

Oh yes, don't forget about the pointless extra login prompt. I get that as well. That's another one of those glitches on their website that they can't seem to figure out why is happening. At least I'm not the only one who that's happening to.

I had the same issue since I opened the card last September, they said they will fix the reward redemption system, but they never did. Just keep saying should be fixed by now since last year. I just want to redeem some cash.

Is this something we can file with the BBB. It's false advertising in a way being that they waive these deals in front of your face but do not allow you to use them. At this point, per their agreement, they owe me money. I would like to know how to take this complaint to a higher power.
