Hi all again. I bought phone. Estimated delivery time is passed(15-25 business days).

Stil yesterday tracing number had not been updated over 20 days and I opened case on paypal.

But today on site of the merchant and  I can see that tracing number updated on Dec 12 2016.

Here is what is written.

03-12-2016 16:24	The item is on transport to the country of destination
12-11-2016 17:10	The item is on transport to the country of destination
11-11-2016 01:25	The item is at the PostNL sorting center
03-11-2016 09:43	The item is pre-advised

So parcel is not lost as well.

What should I do? wait or? Seller writes robotic answers.

Well it is a busy time of year for mail so personally I would give them a bit longer but thats your call not mine.

Don't forget you can open a dispute with paypal for non receipt of item up to 180 days post payment in the U.S.

My guess is that your purchased a high risk (great price) item from an international location AND you accepted high risk slow shipping.   Results seem to be as expected from this seller.

Shipping is slower now, especially when you select non-priority shipping.  I would never purchace from a company which planned for more than 2 weeks to deliver.

The last update is 3 December.  Does the shipper track to delivery or just to the destination country?  If tracking is only to country, then you'll just need to wait.  

My guess is that GearBest is not going to be helpful with information about the shippign country and whether tracking is to destinatin or not.

If not received you will eventually need to file for a refund for non-receipt.  It's just the risk that goes with this type of purchase.

I ordered from that merchant before.  It took a few weeks but it got here eventually.  Bought an iPad jumpdrive.  Generally shipments from China takes about 6 to 7 weeks.
