To change language from Chinese or any other non-native language youre unable to read follow these steps (I did this on a mobile device, through Web browser not app) Log in -> tap drop down menu (top left, 3 bars symbol) -> tap gear icon This will bring up your settings page (still in Chinese) the blue box at top should have your log in name and a place for your picture. Below that is a black bar with 3 sets of headers in it, click the left most one to be sure you're in the correct page. This is your account settings page. You should see your addresses listed along with some Chinese characters. Scroll down to the section below your last address (if you have more than one) and you should see some check boxes on the right of some Chinese writing. If you see a selection for timezone, click the line immediately above it, this is your language selection menu. Select your language and refresh. It may take a couple times of refreshing to change, but once it does, log out and close your browser, then log back in to double check, your page should be back in your selected language!
