My iOS PayPal app is in Spanish and there doesn't seem to be anywhere to change it back to English. I have an intermediate understanding of Spanish and am able to navigate the settings in the app enough to see that there does not appear to be a language choice section.
My account settings are set to English so I'm not sure what has set the app to Spanish. I was in a Spanish speaking country for a couple months recently so maybe that triggered the change. Is there any way to manually change it or am I going to have to delete the app and reinstall on an English speaking IP address?

Are you freaking kidding? Just cause I'm in the Middle East right now, does not mean I automatically read/write arabic. Man I hate it when these "smart" apps detect what language I speak! How about I choose for myself? Ridiculous. The only iPhone language in my settings is English, and yet, the entire Paypal app is in Arabic. Brilliant! Thanks guys!

It appears that PayPal is automatically choosing the first language listed in Language Settings in iOS that is NOT English. This is a bug. It should choose the prefered language first and default to the other language(s) if there is not support for the first language. Something in iOS 9 has cause the PayPal app to ignore English in parts of the app (when logged in) if any other language is listed.
What are the chances of a bug fix for this for those of us who want to keep multiple language support in our setting but have a preffered language?

Yup, totally broken in IOS9...
I tried adding other versions of English (Canada, UK, etc) to see if they would work in the "2nd" preferred language position, but none of them do. Deleting all preferred languages from Settings is the only solution, which kind of sucks if you use apps that need other languages....
Needs a fix!!!

I have the same issue on the new iPhone 6S Plus. I talked to Tech Support from Paypal on the phone and he said it is a known issue that they are trying to fixed.
