There is a link to swich back however, if you don't see it, suggest contacting customer support direct for assistance. As we can't see what you're seeing, you need to work directly with customer support.

I changed to the new interface MONTHS ago and it randomly switches back to the piece of crap old one. How can I stop this from happening?! It is EXTREMELY annoying.

Both of those links are the same. Or am I getting old? They both are the new interface for PP do you have one just for the old classic because my button "switch to classic" will not switch no matter which browser I use. Thanks

When I try to change to the new interface, it says "You are not an eligible user to do this action."
Any help would be appreciated.

THe two links are different, however I found that if you are already logged in to your PayPal account you will not see any difference. Be sure to close any other open PayPal windows when tryig thee links.

I cannot switch to the new interface and thus I cannot see my PayPal Credit statements or anything. It comes up with a message saying "You are not an eligible user to do this action." I am so fed up with PayPal. I spent almost an hour on the phone with them and they didn't solve anything. Has anyone else had this problem?! Because they told me that they have not heard of this problem.

I get a cryptic error message when I try to switch to the new UI: "You are not an eligible user to do this action." I can't think of any reason that I would be less eligble for the new UI than anyone else. A product manager at PayPal should defnitely look at this.
