Using Support Message Tab To Leave Secure Message To Support!

I have several questions for the support center regarding my account; however, since I do NOT have any already read messages listed on my queue page, how can I leave a secure, private message for support?  Seems to me that the secure, private messaging should ALWAYS be available regardless if you have previously read messages listed, seems to defeat the purpose of secure.  Why the horrible limitations/restrictions?  Please advise ASAP and have a blessed day!

Create a new message in the Message Center.  Click the Bell icon, near the log out button.

On may 5th 2016 I purchased 2 ac's from Walmart $201.01, after delivery I returned the ac's to store in Lebanon, MO. I was issued  credit for this purchase on June 1st, 2016 however the charge was never removed from the 6 month payment plan as of Dec I will be charged interest for this purchase of 201.01 can you please rectify this error.

You will need to take care of the debt.

 

You also need to check the refund and what heppened.

 

If you can't figure it out then best to phone PayPal customer service for help.  Click on the contact link at the bottom of the page for help.

I did call customer service on the phone early this morning and the issues I had have been resolved.  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that if ANYone has ANY issue with PayPal...ALWAYS contact them because they have extremely knowledgeable and helpful employees.  You can acutally talk to a LIVE representative not leaving and returning emails forever.  Would like to especially pass out kudos to the following phone representatives Danielle, PayPal Credit Department, and Savannah, PayPal General Balance Department.  They were thoughtful, showed my issue was just as important to them as to me.  This company is a "breathe of fresh air" when it comes to a large corporation.  Thank you and have a blessed day!  PS:  thanks to the two who responded to my community question...very helpful too!
