PayPal, you have a problem with this.
I cant locate the message centre and the email you sent with the link is only to the site and not the message centre.
I'm clearly, not the only person finding this difficult. Ive looked at the site now, many times; Ive gone into each menue list and rooted around, Ive looked at the Forums and community and old messages with replies might be for a different web page version. Plese help me get my message - this is really stupid... having to web search for where to find my message to help me sort the real issue!!! GGGRRRR
