Did you find an answer to this as I am suffering the same problem? I'm currently going back and forth with support but we are getting no where and it is very frustrating!

Did anyone get an answer as to where to find ones messages. The instructions given in pay pal's emails are useless. I'm sick of their regular mistakes and am about to close my account.
To see your Message Centre, just log into your account and look under the 'More about your account' section on the bottom left hand side on your account overview page. If you still have issues with this, please let us know.
THERE IS NO LINK TO MESSAGE CENTRE ANYWHERE ON MY ACCOUNT, OVERVIEW, HELP PAGES, THERE IS NO 'MORE ABOUT MY ACCOUNT LINK' either.
My account is currently ltd, which I have emailed about, and I have received the email back saying I need to log into the message centre, I don't have one !
This is affecting my business, as I can not withdraw any money from the account, and haven't been able to for over a week !
