Hi all,
When I called PayPal Customer Service, I got an automated reply which asked me to input my pin number to continue.
I wasn't even aware I had a pin number, so I couldn't go any further.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what this could be and where I could find it?
Thanks,
Sharon

Hi there sharon4048,
It may be either the Customer Service PIN or a Web PIN you are being asked for.
The Customer Service PIN is a six digit number that you can create from your 'Profile' page. This code is used to securely identify you when you call PayPal Customer Services.
To create a Customer Service PIN:
1. Log into your PayPal account at www.paypal.co.uk
2. Click 'Profile' near the top of the page.
3. Select 'My account settings’.
4. In the ‘Customer Service ID’ section, click ‘Update’.
5. Create and confirm your PIN.
6. Click 'Done'.
Note: To generate a secure PIN you cannot repeat digits or enter strings such as 123456.
The Web PIN is a randomly generated six digit number that will be displayed when you log into your PayPal account, and access the 'Contact Us' page. The Web PIN is valid for one hour from the time of issuance.
To generate a Web PIN, please follow these steps:
