Paypal won't let me buy from ebay Error Code #50054

So i've been using paypal for years but I never had an ebay account until now... and it doesn't work anymore.

Paying through paypal I get this error:
We were unable to load your cart.
Error Code #50054

Paying through ebay I get this error when I login to paypal:
To pay for this purchase right now, link a credit card to your PayPal account.

When I re-enter my credit card which they already have I get this error:
This credit card is already linked to your PayPal account. Please add a different card or go to the Profile tab and

choose Add or Edit Credit Card to update your card information.

I don't have another credit card and I don't see an issue with my current card.  I already called my credit card

company and they say everything is fine on their end.

And through ebay I try to contact paypal customer service and I get this...

"You have requested an outdated version of PayPal. This error often results from the use of bookmarks."

I dunno what else to say...

Argh! I had the same thing over and over and the solution was ridiculously simple - USE A DIFFERENT BROWSER, PREFERABLY ONE YOU HAVEN'T USED BEFORE

hi buddy...I have a problem when i want to pay for an item on ebay..."We were unable to load your cart" ..i can not understand why, because i have bought many times and never problems. what do you mean with a 'different browser'?

I tried with IE and Firefox and it is still not working.please ANYONE HELP ME!!!!!!!

I have the same problem! My paypal account status is veryfied but when I try to pay for ebay: "we can't proceed this transaction by this credit card" or "we ar unable to load your cart - Error Code #50054"!! And now I have a problem because I buy one item and have to pay for it but I can't!!!!!

Got the same problem here, and already tried installing whole new browsers, but the error stays consistantly anoying refusing to let me pay for my ebay items

If someone finds a fix please guys Report it here fast
