Problem to buy from ebay and can't even reach customer service

HI there, 

I have a problem to pay for stuff I buy on ebay as it keeps saying: Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the postal address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be delivered to that address.

Ebay says it's a problem with Paypal. 

When I try to reach customer service of Paypal, they ask me for my four last digits of my debit card and then don't recognise my account !! What the hell?? Please could you help, I'm really sick of this.

liha. if you go to the paypal website and click contact us and then phone us, you get a six digit passcode. it will ask you for that instead of your card number. failing that, if you ignore all the robots inane questions for long enough (or rumour has it, swear at it) you will get through to a human eventually.
