How to get item when redeeming Reward Voucher

I finally got the Reward Voucher program to work for me! Thou I've just started waiting (as of 6/15) for the item in the mail. I ended up calling PayPal at 402-935-2050, getting a live agent and asking for the marketing dept. They are located in Nebraska, are Americans! (none of this sending you to India for help) and speak perfect English! The person who helped me, stayed on the phone with me, while I did the actual purchase. I've even looked...today....to see if my charge card was billed. It wasn't! It in fact shows a negative balance, for the item purchased thru the Reward Voucher.
If you need help getting a resolution to your redeeming a Reward Voucher you might try calling the above number and ask for the Marketing Dept. nice Nebraska and see if they will be nice to you, too and maybe get your item or resolution to your complaint/problem.

Hey, thanks for the advice on this one! I've been having a terrible time just trying to apply the darned code and finding the spot to put it! After sending one purchase through and not having it applied, and then it defaulted to the PP credit card instead of my PP balance, I sent two emails to PP support, got nothing in response. I dreaded CALLING, because they never understand anything more complicated than yes or no questions. Your suggestion to call the marketing team was fantastic! He couldn't help much with the transaction that went through, but he did apply a credit to my account, and gave me some advice on future vouchers - just because a place says they take PP doesn't mean they will take a voucher! Which is not really how it is explained in the voucher rules n' regs, where it says that any merchant that takes Paypal will take a voucher. If you don't get a "Enter Voucher Code" box, they don't take it.
Course, by the time you realize that, you've just about gone past it and finished out the transaction.... but the rep said that entry comes up before you even get to the Paypal entry pages.
Frustrating stuff, but it's still a free $25!!

Tried this method. Called the 402 area code number. Got the Phillipines. On the phone now, cant' make myself understood.
You did not have this problem did you?

Hello...
You need to call the area code 402 number during regular business hours Monday thru Friday. Your email to me stated you were on the phone with the Philippines. The 402 area code is for Nebraska. Try recalling the number during the day Monday thru Friday after 8 AM PST and before 4 PM EST to guarantee the correct window frame the Marketing dept. is open during the day. When you get thru to the phone number, before you explain anything, ask for the Marketing dept. and see if you can get someone more helpful.

Have y'all had any luck redeeming the vouchers at Barnes & Noble? I have $300 worth of vouchers that I want to use there, but can't seem to figure this stuff out.

Have you tried my directions listed below? I have not tried Barnes & Noble; but if you get thru to Nebraska on the 402 area code, ask them if the vouchers will work for the book seller. I was told some of the companies don't accept the vouchers (their choice, not to deal with PayPal), so you'll have to discuss it with the live agent in the marketing dept.
