I am beyond angry. I placed an order with Asos at the beginning of August which never arrived (I presume taken from my doorstep despite me being very clear in telling Asos NOT to leave parcels outside as I've had things stolen before). Yodel was the carrier.
Paypal, bizarrely, found in Asos' favour when I raised a dispute and now I'm £225 out of pocket. What recourse do I have now?
Has anyone else experienced this?

Yep very annoying but not a paypal issue.
You need to take it up with the delivery company.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.

If tracking shows the item as delivered then the seller wins the dispute.
If tracking does NOT show the item as delivered then you would win the dispute.
If its showing as delivered but was nicked from your doorstep than that is between you and Yodel.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Yes, it shows as 'delivered to a safe place - front porch' (I don't have a 'front porch').
I was very clear in my delivery instructions to Asos NOT to leave anything outside the property, but that the parcel could be signed for by a neighbour. I'm livid!

I'm having a hellish time with Asos themselves - they've told me several times they're 'investigating', but I've had to chase them several times for any updates - of which there have been none. They've said this evening that I'll have a definitive response by this time tomorrow and that they've escalated the issue to their 'specialist team' (whatever that means).
Fair enough if Paypal only go by what's shown on the tracking information then I'll just have to push Asos (and possibly Yodel, too) harder.
Thank you for your responses.

Just an update to say I've FINALLY (19 days since I queried why Asos hadn't made an immediate refund after my notifying them of non-delivery) had confirmation from Asos that they're refunding the full amount due to me.
