I purchased clothes through a scam site and the "company" won't respond to my refund requests

Two days ago I bought clothes through <removed> which looks legitimate enough and even has the 'secure' lock on it. It was my first time buying clothes online 😅 I saw an add on Facebook and followed it through. The e-commerce looked exactly as you would expect.
In the end, through reverse image searches and google searching, I found that the real company who sells the clothes are <removed>
I fear that the site/scammer will not refund me (for obvious reasons) and that my dispute isn't something that paypal accepts/ will help me with. What should I do? I can see his paypal account, Paypal knows who he is obviously because he is in their system. Surely they have the power to get this guy?
Which dispute would this fall under?

Hey,
So I contacted the seller by their paypal email and we talked a bit. I believe they really exist but are kind of undercutting and reproducing designs I'm not too sure. They refunded me one item that he said wasn't in stock so I see that as a hopeful sign.
I'm still waiting to see when they arrive but in the meantime I'm just going to wait. I think it should be ok now that I've had contact and 1 item refunded.

I don't know how long I should wait, but i'll see
I'm glad we found each other, let's keep updates on this guy/ these people

I don't know why, but the name of the "company" was removed. I don't see why? What help is this thread if no one knows who its about?
hukunam is the "company" in dispute. We are just trying to work out if they are legitimate or not.

I dont know what to think. On one hand, the guys is replying on email, but everything about it seems so dodgy. And as of yet, no one has actually received anything?
