I purchased clothes through a scam site and the "company" won't respond to my refund requests

Two days ago I bought clothes through <removed> which looks legitimate enough and even has the 'secure' lock on it. It was my first time buying clothes online 😅 I saw an add on Facebook and followed it through. The e-commerce looked exactly as you would expect.  
In the end, through reverse image searches and google searching, I found that the real company who sells the clothes are <removed>

I fear that the site/scammer will not refund me (for obvious reasons) and that my dispute isn't something that paypal accepts/ will help me with. What should I do? I can see his paypal account, Paypal knows who he is obviously because he is in their system. Surely they have the power to get this guy? 

Which dispute would this fall under?

They sent crap products and Won’t respond to email and paypal won’t help either saying if there similar there is nothing they can do.

Wow I was just about to purchase from the site Hukunam which looks legitimate. 

For anyone who purchased with a credit card attached to PayPal, if PayPal doesn't help, call your credit card company and ask for the dispute/chargeback department. Both Visa and Mastercard allow you to dispute fraud and get a "chargeback" to your card.

Unfortunately, I have placed the order after months of seeing the ads and discussing it with the wife.

I have searched the name on Facebook but it seemed to have changed as well. Now I see all the feedback on them I am growing more and more concerned.

Out of precaution I have canceled my order and hope to get my money back.

Alright, so the guy from hukunam showed me where I can track the parcel and it seems that it is indeed coming, from china. 
The website has indeed changed from when I bought only a few weeks ago, and i now believe the guy is "legitimate" but making cheap fakes/copies of clothes. The copy text on the website is just filler hahaha 

I think my clothes are coming, but I'm not buying from them again. If i knew it was a cheap Chinese copy I wouldn't have bought it but the damage is done.

I have received my clothes, however, the quality is just horrible. Also I compared the "prints" with the photo and they are slightly off. They have no tags or anything that a normal shirt would and I am certain they are fakes. The website has changed and is selling new clothes now. 
Never Again. These guys need to be shut down - it's not right. 

I asked for a large portion to be refunded but let's see what happens.

I escalated my claim with PayPal my fingers are crossed that I get the money back and don't have to receive substandard articles

I received two articles which aren't even the ones I ordered, I ordered 4 shirts. PayPal is useless I'm almost resigned to the fact I may never receive i refund

I was tracking this thread after ordering from Hukunam on 9/4/20. I was about to file a dispute through PayPal, but my entire clothes showed up today. It took about 3 weeks, but they did come through. I emailed the seller and he sent this link to track shipments "https://m.17track.net/en/track". Hope this helps

Yes my clothes did arrive, but I think the quality of them are pretty bad, and I wanted to cancel my order at the very beginning, but they assured me they were the real designer and that it was ok. 
Now I'm trying to use their "return policy" and they just keep saying to reconsider and wont tell me the return address 
Im going to try and call Paypal to sort this out
