Ignored by Telus

I received the wrong item from a vendor in China.  They made me return it in order to get a refund.  PayPal said they would reimburse the shipping cost, but I have go round and round with them because their system won't let me upload my request in the activity.  I have chatted several times and they keep telling me to contact Telus at  PayPalreturns at Telusinternational.  com  but I have gotten a couple of canned replys that tell me to keep trying the same option, which doesn't work, and now they are completely ignoring me.  The cost of the return shipping was more than the cost of the item I paid for. I have spent hours trying to deal with this, I would have been better off keeping the item...  How do you get a human to respond to you?

You can still find answers to FAQs on this page or send us a message, though responses may take longer than usual. Please login to your PayPal account and go to Message Center and go to Chat Support option to get a hold of a customer service representative to pull up your account real time.

Hello,

 

I have chatted multiple times and have been told to send an email to Telus, which I have also done several times and I still have gotten no response.  This is infuriating, I have spent hours back and forth with emails, etc to no avail.  I can't believe that this request has been ignored and that everyone at PayPal keeps passing the buck on to Telus, who won't even respond...
