Hi, I wonder if anyone can help. I purchased something from a marketplace called Onbuy but it was stated there was a payment guarantee through Paypal even if paying by credit card. The transaction has indeed been logged as going through Paypal but not directly from my account. I now want to dispute a payment but cannot pick the transaction directly from my Paypal account. I have tried to message Paypal but so far have had no reply. Is anyone else not getting any response from Paypal? Any advice would be appreciated.
