Please help,
I purchased a phone and airpods before christmas through Onbuy.com. Payment was made on my credit card through there paypal payment facility.
After a long delay of arrival of my purchases ( Iphone 11 promax and airpods) only the iphone arrived. I purchased these items with a credit card through onbuys payment screen which is covered by paypal protection. The payment transaction was for £1157.39 - transaction ID (witheld) from a Barclays credit card. this was on 29/11/19. I kept in contact with messages to the seller (sekaihub) throughout the wait and also when the phone (cost£1044.05) arrived to inform them that the airpods (cost£ 113.34) hadn't arrived. i received a stock answer saying that they were busy and endeavoring to get all orders out. I eventually got a response on the 24/12/19 saying that they had been delivered with the original order. I disputed this with them and they informed me on the 29/12/19 that they would review the case. i have had no response from them since them after multiple attempts to contact them. I have copies of the full message feed with them and can pass them to you if required. Please help me retrieve my money for the airpods that i didnt recieve. Thank you.
As this was paid on a credit card and not directly from my paypal account there is no transaction on my account

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......
1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
Advice is voluntary.

Thanks @kernowlass i'll give it a go.
Although i did try and phone paypal earlier and i just go round and round with the automated replies. all i want to do is talk to someone.😫
