I have ordered from Yosudabikes.com since I wanted to buy yosuda exercise bike (sold in Amazon).. I thought I was buying from store directly. After ordering, I've noticed that they are headquartered in China but ship from warehouses in US (which they claim). It has been 7 days and they keep telling they are waiting for Fedex to arrive to pick up. Fedex simply won't grab the bike as they are short-staffed and the package is large.. Shipping info says only label is created. I am trying to get the order canceled, but paypal is not even helping.  I created a dispute. Should I simply wait? Or is there anything to do? I am communicating with the Yosuda customer service, they keep saying it is in transit..  I am using Ebay credit..

I'm having the exact same issue except I ordered with a credit card and not through PayPal. I haven't asked for my money back or disputed the purchase yet, but I'm close. However it turns out I'll never buy from yosuda again.

Same here! Were you able to talk to them? I tried their phone numbers but no answer, same for their email...

This is an update on yosudabikes.com.  Though its headquarters is in China, they are 100% legit. They have responded my emails timely manner, there was about 12 hour difference due to the time-zone which is understandable. Initial issue was the  label was created, but I never saw any update on tracking. Therefore, this got me frustrated a bit. I  had heard some stories regarding shipments from China,  I opted for a full refund. Probably, I should have been a little more patient as they have been honest. After receiving my full refund, the tracking was updated and bike finally has arrived on the 9th day.  Since I have needed it, I kept the bike after arranging the payment with the company..  They have been very patient from beginning. Therefore I strongly recommend it.

I received mine on 12/24, I think i didn’t receive much information either.
