I understand all the situations now with Virtual purchasing and Unauthorized action. I just recently got caught in this loop-hole if you will.. and I was wondering if I could get any tips on what I should do about the items that I purchased one paid for and the other not paid for that I got from Ebay with the currency that was shown that I had on Paypal when making these purchases?

Also, because this guy sent money to my account and then had a unauthorized action will I have to pay anything for "his money transactions" seeing that Paypal does not recognize this as being a actual buisness transaction and he sent money to my account and went back against the claim.

If I understand you correctly, you purchased a World of WarCraft account on ebay (which by the way isn't even allowed to be listed there since like 3 years ago), and now you've learned that the WoW account was sold without the rightful owner's authorization? So are you saying that you now want to get your money back, or what exactly is your intention here?
I personally recommend trying these two methods:
1) Call an ebay agent and let them know that since the listing was illegal to begin with, the transaction should be voided and your payment ought to be reversed.
2) If that doesn't get you your money back, then try communicating with the individual that sold you the WoW account, and let them know that the rightful owner of the account has reported the sale unauthorized, and so you'll be needing your money back. Tell the party you paid, that if you don't get your refund, then you will contact the police and file a theft report against them.
I recall a case like this sometime ago, where an individual scammer sold a WoW account (most likely his own) to 2 different buyers, and then took the account back informing the buyers that the sales were unauthorized. Basically he tried to scam them both, and at least one or both buyers went to the authorities and the would-be scammer was arrested and prosecuted for 2 counts of theft among any other charges that the police were able to pin on him. It seems that something very similar is happening with your transaction. So I'd definitely contact ebay as well as the seller that you bought the WoW account from, and let him know that you mean business!

Sorry no.. let me restate
I tried to sell my account, the guy agreed to it.. he sent the money and it was sitting in my account as I currently had this currency. Then, I decided to go shopping on Ebay and bought a couple of games. It charged my account the money that I had on Paypal that was sent from the guy. Later on I log on and find out that I can't buy the next item so I return to Paypal and realize that there is a negative balance because the consumer filed under "Unauthorized Action"

I see, so you're just another seller who fell victim to a sc*mbag scamming buyer! How is it that ebay let you list the WoW account for sale anyway? The sale of virtual goods, such as WoW accounts, have been banned from ebay specifically because of cases like this. Well, as I indicated in my last message, the listing and transaction itself is not legal on ebay, so ebay/PayPal has every right to cancel/reverse it, even if the buyer hadn't claimed the payment was unauthorized. But since it's the low-life sc*mbag buyer who is scr*wing you over, I can teach you a method to fight off his claim. In order to be protected from an Unauthorized payment claim, you will need to provide proof of shipment to PayPal. Hopefully, it's not too late to do this. Send over something to the buyer's confirmed PayPal address using a shipment tracking service. It could even be an empty box/package or whatever. I recommend USPS First Class Mail w/ Delivery Confirmation tracking (or Signature Confirmation if the transaction was over $250). After sending it out, call a PayPal agent and let them know that you've already shipped the item assoiated with this transaction and have proof of shipment by providing the tracking #. It may take a few days as PayPal will want to verify if the item has been delivered or not. But once the item shows as delivered on the USPS website, call PayPal again and ask that your funds be sent back to you, because you've fulfilled your responsibilities as the seller. Under PayPal's seller protection policy, you should be covered and be able to recover your funds. My only concern is that the timing may throw this off, because he has already filed for Unauthorized Payment, and you are shipping out the item AFTER this. But still, shipping an empty small box (may want to stuff it with old newspaper pages... lol) through USPS First Class Mail w/Delivery Confirmation is a very cheap gamble in trying to recover the larger amount that the buyer is stealing from you. So give it a try, and see how this turns out for you.

Well, I'll tell you one thing... you make it very difficult to help you, when you post little bits of information here and there, and not very clearly either. Seriously, looking back at your original post compared to what you've now shared, it's like night and day.
Alright, the fact that you listed the WoW account for sale on Craiglist (and not ebay) is a good thing, because that makes it a legal sale, and therefore a valid transaction. However, the PayPal seller protection policy still can't help you for the sale of a virtual good. So it's important to make it seem like the transaction was for a physical good instead (as I indicated in my last message), and that you shipped this physical item to the buyer. When the buyer paid you through PayPal, did you not get his mailing address that is registered with PayPal? How exactly did the buyer specify or categorize this payment when he sent it to you (was it a payment for goods, or services... or was it a personal/gift payment)? Log onto your PayPal account and take a good look at the transaction details page in regards to the payment. Also check your e-mail account for any information from PayPal in regards to this transaction. As a last resort, you can also call PayPal and ask to know what the buyer's confirmed mailing address is. I can't say I recommend this method, because when you call PP, the first thing they'll ask you to resolve is your negative balance, and they may also be reluctant to give you the buyer's info. because they'll say that the transaction has already been flagged as an unauthorized payment. But it's very important that you get the buyer's name and mailing address that is registered to this PayPal account somehow. And once you do, ship something to the buyer and attach a tracking number to it. Then contact PayPal and follow the instructions that I gave you in my last message. Who knows, it may already be too late to try this tactic, but it could be the only way to get your money back. First thing is first though... get his address that is registered to his PP account.

Current Status Held- due to the person claiming that they had no idea of the transaction. Looked through e-mails and on the details and it just has the e-mail address. I'll have to call Paypal as you said to get the information.
