Add more evidence to chargeback claim

I have had a chargeback request placed on my account for an item I sold back in June. It is for over £600. I should be covered under seller protection as I sent the item via tracked postage.  I responded to the claim and gave the tracking number plus a scan of the delivery confirmation from Parcel Force including signiture, but I have now also found my original invoice for the postage which displays the buyers name and address etc, thus proving 100% I sent the item to them.

However, in the resolution centre I cannot add this second document as the case is with PayPal to review. I am worried they will reject my case as the tracking information as it stands doesn't state who the item was sent too, but the invoice I have does as it shows the buyers name, address and the tracking number.  I tried to phone Pay pal to ask them this but they were next to usless. The guy couldn't understand what I was asking at all.

Is there anyway to add more evidence to support my case?

That linke has nothing to do with adding information on a case that is open. It is to do with adding a bank statement. Can it be used at all?

Its the only option you can use to upload documents, if you don't want to use it thats fine.

Yes its used for other reasons as well which is why I told you that you have to let customer services know you have sent the uploaded info after you have sent it so that they can retrieve it.

Its the way paypal mods advise you to upload documents but if you don't believe me then don't use it.
