Hi all I haven't received an item I paid for through PayPal when I purchased item the seller had 99% feedback but its been 10 days and numerous messages and no item I notice the seller now has 97% due to very bad feedback in the last week I wanted to open a case as I desperately need my money back for the item but I can't due to me paying via PayPal as a guest buyer please help how do I resolve this and get money back ???

Don't worry as you have up to 45 days to raise a claim for non receipt of item via paypal..
BUT as you paid as a guest buyer you need to contact paypal direct and the customer services agent will open the dispute for you.
Go to contact us bottom of paypal pages > call us option on the left.....you may have to wait till tomorrow.
Advice is voluntary.
