Faulty Purchases from China

I bought a few things from Chinabuye, I opened one dispute and ecalated it to a claim due to the way they demanded more money from me to send me one out that works. Another faulty one I can not open a dispute as it is more than 45 days from payment to delivery so I have lost that money. But the one I did manage to open, I am getting constant email asking me to close the dispute I have opened with paypal, even though they are asking for more money to send a replacement out, they are constantly demanding I close my paypal dispute.

Chinabuye are  crafty con-merchants that do this to anyone that buy from them it is all over the web on different forum. If I had known before buying I wouldnt have wasted my money on their defective products.

Paypal need to stop them sending out emails to claimants like me to close my dispute. If paypal side with them over my claim, this will look bad on paypal for siding with people who use these tactics on people who would be afraid of the constant threats.

So unhappy over this, the treatment I am getting and I have been with paypal for over 10 years.
