Unauthorised transaction by Shutl Ltd

I received an email from PayPal 2 days ago informing me of a transaction by Shutl Ltd for a "Shutl billing agreement for Ebay".  I have NEVER EVER even heard of Shutl Ltd let alone agreed to a "billing agreement" with them!  PayPal have been just about useless and it turns out you cannot dispute this, or even create a dispute for it!  I assume my next step is to contact the police fraud team?  Has anyone else experienced this with Shutl Ltd?

Firstly i presume that you have checked with paypal and the email was not a spoof?

Secondly have you checked in here to cancel any subscription?  >>

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > and under "manage upcoming payments" top left of page second option down is pre-approved payments.

Spoiler
Yes have checked with PayPal, the money has been taken out of my bank account via my PayPal account and shows on activity log.  So called billing "agreement" which I did NOT authorise or agree to has been cancelled however my money taken has NOT been refunded.  I never agreed or authorised any upcoming payments via PayPal.  This is very worrying how easy it is for someone to access MY account, create a false billing agreement, and take money out.  Luckily it was not a huge amount but nonetheless it could have been a whole lot more!

Contact your bank, they should be able to get it back for you hopefully?

PayPal fraud have refunded me now thanks.  But let this be a warning to anyone, check and double check, your activity on PayPal logs and with your bank.  I am lucky it was under £10 but it could have been a much greater sum.
