Unknown "PayPal Payment" on bank statement

I just received £105 to my PayPal account which I was expecting. I then withdrawn the money to my bank account which is Natwest. I waited and now I received the money in my bank account which shows the correct amount of £105 and has the PayPal ID on the statement. However there was a charge above named "PayPal Payment" it took out £10.20, it also shows as a Direct Debit. This is on my bank statement. I have no knowledge of what it is, and it shows nothing on my PayPal statement about this £10.20, I thought it was weird since it was called "PayPal Payment", it was a direct debit, and I spent nothing with my PayPal account. What shall I do? I went to the resolution centre but I have no transaction ID to provide because it does not show on PayPal of this £10.20, it shows on my bank statement and there is no ID but the name "PayPal Payment"

when you pay a seller and fund it from your paypal account it is never instant, paypal credit the seller and then paypal wait for the funds to transfer from your bank account, that can be up to 3 days later. So if you check your transactions in your paypal account you need to account for the change of dates.

secondly if you pay a seller via ebay etc as a guest buyer then it won't show in your paypal account.

It's isn't really anything to do with buying/selling It was sent to me, and I was expecting that £105, and I transferred it into my bank. But I'm not aware of why £10 has been taken out my bank

Thanks for reaching out to us in regards to this.

If you initiated a withdrawal from your PayPal account to your bank account and there was funds debited from your bank showing as a PayPal payment, you should be able to see what the payment was for on your PayPal account.

If you go to the Activity page on your PayPal account, you can review your recent activity and you should see what the payment for £10.20 was sent for through your account.
