Is there a faster/better way to contact Paypal Customer Service? My issue is very simple, but I need to go through hoops just to get help.
Email support is no longer available. I need to stay up late to chat and sometimes the agents don't respond at once.
I called the number on the contact page at 4AM PST, the office is still closed.
Plus the IVR doesn't recognize the one time passcode. This has always been the case.
