Lost access to email address linked to paypal account and forgotten password and security details

Hi,

I've lost access to email address linked to my paypal account and forgotten password and security details and it is registered to an old phone number

I was just charged money which I was told was through this account but I can't figure out a way to log in

I also can't afford to ring paypal from my mobile

I also can't find a paypal chat or email help thng which doesn't keep asking me specific questions about a transaction

This is extremely stressful, what should I do?

As you do not have access to the email address registered on the account I would recommend creating a new PayPal account. The funds that are on your old PayPal account can be transferred free of charge to your new account but you would need to contact us to request this.
